Basswood Studios Booking User Agreement

Dear Client,

Thank you for choosing Basswood Studios for your booking needs. By submitting the booking request form, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Respectful Conduct:

We expect all clients to conduct themselves with respect toward our studios, equipment, staff, and fellow clients. Failure to do so may result in a ban from future bookings.

2. First Time Booking Requirement:

For first-time booking clients, identity verification is REQUIRED for the safety of our studio and our clients. A one-time fee of $5 dollars will be added to the booking total to cover the verification process. Rest assured, we do not sell your information.

3. Payment Terms:

All bookings must be paid for through Zelle or Apple Pay. Cash payments are accepted if collected at least 3 days prior to the booking date.

4. Smoking Policy:

Although our studios are 420 friendly, smoking cigarettes is strictly prohibited in our studios. A $200 fee will be automatically invoiced for any violation of this policy.

5. File Retrieval:

We do not retain client files. Please ensure you take all necessary files and session recordings with you upon departure.

6. Rescheduling and Refunds:

Rescheduling is only permitted with a minimum 48-hour notice before the booking time. Rescheduled sessions must be for the exact time slot and on a different day. All bookings are final, and refunds are not provided.

7. Damage Liability:

Clients are responsible for any damage incurred during their booking. We will provide a damage report with evidence (photos or videos) and invoice the client accordingly. Payment is expected within 30 days.

8. Payment and Turnaround Times for Mix and Master Packages:

Please note that turnaround times for services vary depending on the specifics of each project but typically range from 2 to 5 days. We want you to feel secure about your purchase and will give unlimited revisions. We work until you are happy! If it doesn’t work out we will refund you the full amount minus payment processing fees. Performance versions, acapellas, instrumentals, stems are all included with your purchase upon request. Please note these do take time to make and could add to the overall turn around time.

9. Legal Action for Unpaid Invoices:

In the event that the Client fails to settle the invoice for damages within the specified timeframe, Basswood Studios reserves the right to take legal action to recover the outstanding amount. The Client shall be liable for any legal fees or expenses incurred in the process.
