TERMS & CONDITIONS

We expect all clients to conduct themselves with respect toward our studios, equipment, staff, and fellow clients. Failure to do so may result in a ban from future bookings.

For first-time booking clients, identity and phone verification is required for the safety of our studio and our clients. A one-time $5 fee will be added to the booking total to cover the verification process. We do not sell your information.

All bookings must be paid for through Zelle. Cash payments are accepted if collected at least 3 days prior to the booking date. Payable invoices can be created upon request but an automatic 6% fee will be added to cover processing fees.

Although our studios are 420 friendly, smoking cigarettes or hookah is strictly prohibited. A $200 fee will be automatically invoiced for any violation of this policy.

We do not retain client files. Please ensure you take all necessary files and session recordings with you upon departure.

Rescheduling is only permitted with a minimum 48-hour notice before the booking time. Rescheduled sessions must use the same time slot on a different date. All bookings are final — refunds are not provided.

Clients are responsible for any damage incurred during their booking. We will provide a damage report with evidence (photos or videos) and invoice the client accordingly. Payment is expected within 30 days.

In the event that the client fails to settle an invoice for damages within the specified timeframe, Basswood Studios reserves the right to take legal action to recover the outstanding amount. The client shall be liable for any legal fees or expenses incurred in the process.
